I see what your're saying and it's getting to be a common thing in Civil Air Patrol. The "cancer" is spreading like wildfire !
I am a senior member in Arizona Wing, group 2 and must say that from what I hear, there are squadron commanders THAT SHOULD BE SHOT !
I know over 14 seniors and have spoken to them in Group 3 and 4 and they all say the same thing...they're sick and tired of the bull shit, the lies, the politics, the greed, the corruption, the "cliques", the "bullying around", the back-stabbing, the throat cutting, that goes on in these groups. Senior "ranks" are given away, squadron commanders with bad attitudes and no experience are apponted, funds mis-used, IT'S SICK AND DISGUSTING !!
Speaking to many seniors in Group 2, 3, and 4, they all say the same, THEY'RE ABOUT TO V-O-M-I-T !!, that's how bad the "stench" is. Many seniors don't even show up for meeting and asked a few of them why ? SAME ANSWER THEY GAVE....."What for ? Why waist my time ? I go to the meeting, enter the room and see a BUNCH OF SOUR-PUSS faces ready to cut each other's throat and/or back-stab each other"
This is especially true of group 3 and 4 in Arizona, they're having a real shake-up. from what I've heard (from over 25 seniors) What goes on inside these two groups is utterly GROSS !! Cadets lied to and abused, seniors back-stabbed and used.
