Very Interesting on your Memo about the AZ Wing, as this could apply to ALL CAP Wings. It is the same everywhere.
CAP is nothing but a bunch of wanabees that want to wear a Uniform and have a Rank Title. Most CAP members were never in the service, and are trying to prove to themselves they can play Rambo and wear a bunch of ribbons that mean nothing.
Reading back on this blog site are some good blogs that state this same thing. The best thing congress could do is desolve CAP, make the Cadet program part of the Air Force AFROTC, and thank all Rank away from the Senior Members.
Who would be left? Maybe then some real dedicated Seniors would be running the program without any personal agenda to boost their own ego!
I bet the Air Force would love to get rid of the CAP program. Lets hope someone will wake up and smell the coffee here and do something about a program that has failed its mission!
