I Agree 100%. It is shameful of what various senior members are doing and what they have turned CAP into. I to am a member of Arizona Wing and must say I am disgusted. I was a cadet about a year ago and came from a Tucson Squadron, I am now a Senior in Group 3, and I'll tell you, what I see is sad !! what I hear is very sad!
I have written email to over 50 seniors in various squadrons in Group 3 and 4 (covering the entire Maricopa County). All of them, sick and tired and the bull shit, the back stabbing, the black listing....NOT EVEN ONE GOOD REMARK!
But all of them have one ting in common, all afraid to step up and do something. Oh Yes, there are several squadron commanders that are really "taking advantage" and should be discharged immediately !! Cadets deprived of activities, mistreated and/or ignored, other senior members black-listed, funds mis-used and misappropriated, rank given away, unit awards also given away for doing nothing!
TO ANY SENIOR OFFICER AT THE REGION OR NATIONAL LEVEL:
IF YOU ARE READING THIS, THERE ARE SEVERE PROBLEMS AT ARIZONA WING, ESPECIALLY GROUP 3 AND 4. PLEASE I (WE - ON BEHALF OF 50 SENIOR MEMBERS) BEG OF YOU....START AN IMMEDIATE I.G. INVESTIGATION BEFORE THE DAMAGE REALLY SETS IN....TAKE SENIOR MEMBERS OUT AND TALK TO THEM PRIVATELY WITH ASSURANCES THAT THEY WILL BE KEPT SAFE AND THEY WILL TALK.
