I have been in CAP for several years, and I have found here in Alabama that the squadrons appear to be well run by competent folks. Our squadron is a Cadet Squadron, so we are totally focused on the kids - teaching good morals, character development, self pride and pride in their country, etc. If possible, check at other squadrons to see if the issues you have found are isolated to that one squadron or even that one person.
